USE OF SITE
The site may be used to acquire information about various tests and the ZapPrep service and/or to place an order. You may not republish, circulate, or sell any of the content found on the site or in the ZapPrep program. You may not use any of the resources of the site or program for your own commercial gain. The rights to the ZapPrep services are non-transferable which means that you may not distribute or sell any course materials or information on this web site to any third party.
OPERATION OF THE WEB SITE
ZapPrep will try at all times to keep the site and the service available online, but at times we may have to take the site down for short periods of time for maintenance. We will try to warn users ahead of time but do not guarantee that a warning will be sent every time the site experiences downtime. You are using this site at your own risk and we cannot arise for any damages that arise from using the web site or service. You are responsible for getting the computer and internet connection you need to access the site and its services.
PROPRIETARY RIGHTS
Unless otherwise stated, all content on the Site, including but not limited to ZapPrep’s course material, sample questions, tests, graphics including the site logo, the videos, and other aspects of the Site, are owned by ZapPrep and may not be copied and republished or distributed without the written consent of ZapPrep.
YOUR ACCOUNT
All customers will be given an account from which they can log-in to view the contents of the course during the time which they have access to the class. Users must be responsible for the security of their password and are responsible from any activity on the site that comes from their account. Users can change their passwords and should notify ZapPrep anytime a broach in the security of their account occurs.
SUBMISSIONS
All suggestions, ideas, graphics, text, and other information submitted to ZapPrep by you will become the property of ZapPrep. Under no circumstance will ZapPrep be required to accept a submission s confidential and will have full and exclusive information of all information submitted to us. ZapPrep may use any submissions for commercial gain without any compensation to those who submit content to the site. You agree that you are soley responsible for submitting material to ZapPrep and that you always have responsibility for the originality, legality, and reliability of the content submitted.

CHILDREN

ZapPrep does not permit the use of the site or the ZapPrep course by any person under the age of 13 without the consent of that person’s parent or legal guardian. GENERAL PROVISIONS
These Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement between you and ZapPrep and govern your use of the Site and the ZapPrep courses. The Site and ZapPrep service is owned and operated in the Sate of California in the United States of America and you agree that any legal action involving the Site or ZapPrep service will be tried in a sate or federal court in California. You agree that you are solely responsible that the use of the site is in compliance with the local laws of where you are accessing the site or ZapPrep services from. The laws of the State of California will govern these terms and the nullification of any section of these terms of service by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid does not nullify the other parts of these terms of service. The failure of ZapPrep to follow a provision of these Terms of Service should not constitute a waiver of such provision. You agree that in all cases of legal action, any claim must be filed within thirty (30) days of the date the event.
SENSITIVE MATERIAL
All ZapPrep customers agree to not share or distribute in any way the materials of the course including but not limited to text and images in the guides and/or transcripts or recordings of the tutors. Any violation of these terms may result in legal action.
Any violation of these Terms of Service results in the loss of permission granted for your use of the site or the ZapPrep services and/or legal action.
